Amanda Magee
Amanda Magee, MBA, PMP
Founder & CEO
Amanda is a Louisville native and graduate of Eastern High School, the University of Louisville, and Bellarmine University’s MBA program. She also holds her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
With over 10 years of experience in IT and learning project management, Amanda brings a strong foundation in leadership, organization, and attention to detail to Amanda Cleans. She is a wife, mother of three, and a woman of faith, which guides how she leads and serves both her team and her clients.
Amanda started Amanda Cleans after realizing the corporate world was not compatible with the demands of family life. That experience gave her deep empathy for her clients—many of whom are dual-income families with children who are trying to manage too much on their own. She wanted to build a company that truly makes a difference by taking cleaning and organizing off people’s plates so they can focus on what matters most.
Amanda previously worked with Jenn at a local startup, where Jenn served on her project management team. She met Jamie through church, and Jamie was also her very first cleaning client when she started Amanda Cleans—an experience that quickly grew into a valued friendship and working relationship.

Jenn hails from the Detroit, Michigan area and now resides in New Albany, Indiana with her husband, two teenagers, and cat Georgie. She brings an analytical, systems-thinking mindset to her work and enjoys the satisfaction of solving problems through structure, detail, and care.
After years in office-based roles, Jenn appreciates the hands-on nature of cleaning and the meaningful change of pace it has brought to her life. She values creating order and calm in the spaces she works in and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality results.
Outside of work, Jenn loves Jesus, enjoys singing at her church, and treasures time with her family. Her hobbies include bowling, playing disc golf, board games, and video games.
Jenn previously worked with Amanda at a local startup, where she served on Amanda’s project management team. Their shared experience and professional trust laid the foundation for Amanda Cleans.
Jamie Schiavi

Professional Cleaner
Jamie is a Louisville native and graduate of Male High School. She is a wife and proud mom of two children under the age of 10, and she deeply values family, faith, and creating a peaceful home environment.
Jamie brings a strong professional background to her work, having built a career in telecommunications before spending the last 18 years working alongside her husband in their automotive business. This experience helped her develop a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of customer experience, care, and service.
Amanda first met Jamie through church, and their children attend Portland Christian School together. Jamie was also Amanda’s very first cleaning client when she started Amanda Cleans in April 2025. What began as a client relationship quickly grew into a meaningful friendship, and today they are grateful to work alongside one another.
Jamie brings warmth, consistency, and care to every home she serves, and she takes pride in helping families enjoy cleaner, calmer spaces.
